Blacklisting software that doesn't respect our freedom

This article explains the process of blacklisting an unfree package from being synced on our repos.

1. Get an unfree package X
2. Ssh into the repo server
3. Edit repo/docs/blacklist.txt
4. Add a line such as

   X:X-libre:this package is unfree because I said so

5. Save and quit
6. Run db-check-nonfree
7. Freedom!
