kanshi is a dynamic output configuration daemon for wayland compositors. It is configured with a list of output profiles, wherein each such profile contains a set of outputs and gets automatically activated when all the outputs are present.

For more information on the configuration format check the manpage:

$ man 5 kanshi

The default configuration location is: $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/kanshi/config.

Note that you need to start it before/with your wayland session for it to work - most conveniently as a user service. This also means that it will not take effect after installation and configuration until you restart your wayland session.
